1. Does the hotel have parking?

Our hotel does not have parking as it is in the heart of Seville. You can find the closest one (5 minutes on foot) on calle Albareda, 18 or in Plaza de la Magdalena on calle San Pablo, 1.

2. How much time do I have to cancel for free?

According to your selected rate. From 1 day to 14 days before your arrival, except for the non-refundable rate. The hotel will be flexible in its cancellation policy while the Covid-19 pandemic lasts.

3. Does the hotel have a 24 hour reception?

We have a reception from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and we will be available whenever you need it.

4. Can I travel with a pet?

Pets are not allowed in our establishments.

5. What time is Check-in and Check-out?

Check in at 2:30 p.m. and check out at 11:00 a.m., although we always serve our clients at the time they are scheduled to arrive, we provide all the information and store their bags.

6. How do you get to the hotel and the rooms?

Our hotels are accessed with a modern code system that we provide you upon arrival.

7. Is smoking allowed?

Welldone Hotels is smoke-free space.

8. Do you have single beds?

All our rooms are double, triple or quadruple. Our beds are King Size or Queen Size. We have a single sofa bed in our Triple Executive room..

9. Do you have cots and extra beds?

We always have cots on request. It is necessary to indicate it in your reservation and the hotel will accept your request depending on their availability for your reservation date. We do not have extra beds..

10. Do you have room service?

We have daily cleaning service. If you need items such as towels, pillows or iron, you just have to contact us.

11. Can I store my luggage at the hotel?

Of course, we have areas enabled for it throughout the day..
